When I founded PDR IT, I wasn’t trying to be another IT provider. I wanted to build something that helped businesses grow, stay protected, and operate with clarity, not confusion. Over the years, what started as frustration with the industry has evolved into something far more deliberate: a commitment to building a premium, human-first Managed Service Provider (MSP) that genuinely partners with its clients.

I’ve seen the best and worst of IT delivery. The biggest difference between success and frustration has never been the technology, it’s the mindset behind it.
