The unfolding of your journey

We understand that IT can be daunting and scary for you, there is lots of conflicting information. We're on your side to ensure that you get the IT you deserve. We communicate with you to ensure your objectives are met and make it our mission to save you costs where we can without losing the quality of service.

1. The Start

Everything has a beginning, this is for us to get to know one another once you have booked a meeting. You can book the following meeting options:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom
  • In-person at your offices

We recommend meeting at your offices as this enables us to see your culture and allows us to provide a more tailored IT Roadmap. If you would rather get to know each other online initially that is fine as we can always visit you at a later date.

2. Your IT Roadmap

After our meeting within the next couple of days we will send you your IT Roadmap, this document is easy to read and avoids the use of IT jargon written in clear English. The purpose of this Roadmap is to provide you with impartial advice to equip you with knowledge on urgent matters to address straight away, for example, you may not have any backup in place.

The Roadmap also provides information for your short, mid and longer-term objectives which enables you to effectively plan.

3. Next Steps

We provide IT support that grows with you and we want to be with you for the long-haul as your Trusted IT Partner. We're on your side and are here to be your dedicated outsourced IT team. A proposal is sent to you detailing the next steps, this proposal will contain key areas you want to address as a priority and our recommendations.

4. Catch Up Time

We'll have another meeting to catch up as we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Our aim is to provide you with your options outlining the pros and cons, it is your business so the decision is yours. We are of course on hand to provide advice and answer any further questions you may have.

We'll also chat about onboarding to ensure it is a smooth transition.

5. Onboarding

It is onboarding time! If we are taking over from another IT company, we will work with them so you can focus on what you do best. You'll just need to send them a quick email giving permission for us to discuss your current IT. If we are your first IT company, we will pop in to visit to obtain all the information we need.

6. Welcome Meeting

The welcome meeting will be to ensure that any further questions you may have are answered. We will also ensure that you and your team are supported with the new partnership by ensuring you are provided with all the information you require such as knowing how to get support and who to contact.

7. You're Covered

We are now working as your Jargon Free & Trusted IT Partner. We’ll use this time to ensure any legacy issues are addressed. From experience issues from previous IT companies can be inherited, we will work with you to ensure these are ironed out so the regular annoying issue(s) becomes a thing of the past!

We may explore other systems and methods to ensure that your tech is streamlined and where costs can be saved.

8. Review Time

We recommended monthly sync calls so we're in regular communication, this is optional so please do not feel obliged if you do not want these. You also do not need to attend every month, you can let us down at the last minute. We do not mind!

The purpose of these calls are for you to discuss any concerns or ideas, it also allows us to provide you with recommendations that may improve your tech. This isn't limited to just tech, we have a great network where we can recommend Accountants and other professional services to enable your business to thrive.
